We supply a variety of foam packaging and inserts manufactured from various grades and colours. Our go-to grades of expanded polyethylene would be Plastazote LD33 and LD45. These offer great protection for a wide range of applications from presentation foams, tool control and storage through to military applications. They are available in various colours and thicknesses and can be laminated to create multiple colour combinations.

All our designs and programming are generated using the latest CAD CAM software, maximising sheet yield and reducing waste during the manufacturing process.
