Plastazote® material is available in a range of densities, colours and offer special properties which include flame-retardant, conductive, or static-dissipative. This material is very tough and boasts excellent cushioning properties.
Plastazote® is used in many industries and applications from product protection, automotive, presentation through to military applications. This material can be easily fabricated to achieve the desired thickness and complexity of the packaging design.
It is our preferred material for CNC machined inserts and packaging applications which require an aesthetically pleasing appearance. We can achieve a high-quality finish on our machining centres using this material due to its stiffness and cushioning properties. This material is also lightweight and inert which makes this a perfect material for sensitive packaging solutions.
Ethafoam is a closed cell polyethylene foam with high durability and cushioning properties making it a preferred chose for those packaging applications which require repeated use and exposure to repeated transportation and handling.
Ethafoam is available in a range of colours, densities and properties which include flame-retardant and anti-static.
This material can also be recycled, which is a benefit when environmental impact needs to be taken into consideration.
