Our CNC routing machines, equipped with extended gantries, large machining beds, and automatic tool changers, enable us to machine a wide range of stock material in various sizes. Extended machine gantries

We supply a variety of foam packaging and inserts manufactured from various grades and colours. Our go-to grades of expanded polyethylene would be Plastazote LD33 and LD45. These offer great protection for a wide range of applications from presentation foams, tool control and storage through to military applications. They are available in various colours and thicknesses and can be laminated to create multiple colour combinations.

We have the capacity to produce one off samples and prototypes through to large scale production runs. We will work with you to progress your requirement from concept to completion.

The customer’s specific needs will always be considered when designing a packaging solution. For instance, foam featuring static dissipative properties is used throughout the defence and aerospace industries, to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge.
