We offer a bespoke cutting service, utilising our high-quality CNC routing machines. We can source the materials ourselves from our extensive list of approved suppliers, or alternatively work with free issue materials supplied by you. We can work with a range of file formats. All our designs and programming are generated using the latest CAD-CAM software, which guarantees accuracy, quality and consistency. This also enables us to maximise component part sheet yield, reducing waste and therefore cost during the manufacturing process.

Our dedicated CNC routing machines have extended gantries and large machining beds, fitted with automatic tool changers, oscillating and drag knife attachments which enables us to machine a wide range of stock material and sizes. Our machines guarantee accuracy, quality and repeatability. All our designs and programming are generated using the latest CAD CAM software, maximising sheet yield and reducing waste during the manufacturing process. These machines give us the ability to produce both 2D and 3D components.

Samples and Prototypes

We have the capacity to produce one off samples and prototypes through to large scale production runs. We will work with you to progress your requirement from concept to completion.

Adaptable Capabilities

The Portsmouth Aviation Dereham team can work to “build to print” drawings. Alternatively reverse engineering can be considered if detailed drawings are unavailable.

Extended machine gantries

We supply a variety of foam packaging and inserts manufactured from various grades and colours. Our go-to grades of expanded polyethylene would be Plastazote LD33 and LD45. These offer great protection for a wide range of applications from presentation foams, tool control and storage through to military applications. They are available in various colours and thicknesses and can be laminated to create multiple colour combinations.

We have the capacity to produce one off samples and prototypes through to large scale production runs. We will work with you to progress your requirement from concept to completion.

The customer’s specific needs will always be considered when designing a packaging solution. For instance, foam featuring static dissipative properties is used throughout the defence and aerospace industries, to protect sensitive electronic equipment from electrostatic discharge.
